The award-winning Nitestar Alpha 450 SLEEPING BAG delivers exceptional warmth-to-weight performance for year-round camping and expeditions. This 4-season mummy bag features Alpha Insulation—a lightweight 50/50 blend of polyester and siliconized hollow fibres that traps air for superior heat retention while remaining highly compressible. Designed for comfort from -9°C to 15°C, with a comfort rating of -4°C and extreme limit of -31°C, this bag is ISO 23537-1:2022 certified and recommended for Duke of Edinburgh Award expeditions. 

Key features include a soft Polair Hex fabric shell, brushed microfibre lining, anatomically shaped 3D hood with drawcord adjustment, offset construction to eliminate cold spots, and an auto-lock two-way zip with insulated baffle.

The tapered mummy shape reduces pack size while maximizing thermal efficiency. Horizontal stitching keeps insulation evenly distributed, and an insulated shoulder baffle provides additional heat retention.

At just 2.25kg, this versatile sleeping bag suits adventurers of all kinds. Internal pocket for storage, hanging loops for easy drying, and a zip guard with anti-catch piping complete the package. Fits users up to 190cm tall.

• Polair Lining - A super soft and comfortable 190T brushed polyester microfibre lining thats incredibly warm and soft to touch
• Alpha Insulation - A lightweight 50/50 blend of polyester and siliconized hollow fibres that trapmore air between and within the fibres to increase warmth retention whilst retaining compressibility. A siliconized coating reduces friction to prevent insulation clumping and increases water repellence.
• Offset Construction - A double layer design that offsets the shell and lining stitching to reduce cold spots and increase warmth retention.
